Shoreline Sightseeing will offer a full refund for individual tickets (not groups) if the cancellation is made one business (M-F) day in advance. Cancellations can be made by contacting our office at 312-222-9328 ext. 1 Shoreline Sightseeing does run in the rain, but we do cancel tours at times based on unsafe conditions; this decision is made by our Captains. If Shoreline Sightseeing cancels a cruise due to weather, this decision is made in our sole discretion, all prepaid tickets will be refunded or rescheduled. If you purchased tickets from a third party website please contact them directly to cancel your tickets, their cancellation policy may differ from Shoreline Sightseeing.
If you are unable to make your tour time, please contact Shoreline Sightseeing to check availabity for an alternative departure time. If we are able to change your tour time there will be a $10 per ticket charge due at the time of the change. If you miss your tour time and do not contact us in advance we will not be able to offer you a refund, and your tickets will be invalid.
