Haunted Hues at the Color Factory
An activity for all ages that create experiences and memories, the Color Factory is filled with exhibits that will stimulate your mind. To get into the fall spirit, Color Factory is hosting a Haunted Hues, a limited-time Halloween themed exhibit! Featuring a scavenger hunt, new photo opportunities and more!
Head over via water taxi as our River Route drops you right off at Willis Tower, making it a fun and scenic way of getting around!
Market Days at Pioneer Court Chicago
Right next to our dock you can find a farmers market with over 20 vendors that sell jewelry, fruits, vegetables, pastries, lunch, candles, and more artisan finds!
Before or after your ride, come check out some local vendors on Wednesdays now throughout October from 10AM through 2PM. As October creeps up on us, the market will bring in Halloween theme small activations to join the Market Days of Chicago.
Pioneer Court has plenty of activations throughout the months as a hot commodity for an event space located right off of the bustling Michigan Avenue! Keep an eye out for whether you’re a local on your lunch break or for when you’re in town visiting to see what cool handouts they might have during pop-ups!
If you’re in town this Friday, September 12th, Zeller’s Pioneer Court will be welcoming Garrett Popcorn and Home Runn Inn Pizza as they host their pop-up sampling their new flavor of popcorn, Chicago Pizza!
Water Taxi to Bears Game
Fall means a lot of things, for most, the first thing that comes to mind is football! Shoreline is excited to announce the return of our water taxi service to and from home games this Fall at Museum Campus.
We brought fans to Soldier Field to see the Bears kick off their season against the Vikings. Come join us for our remaining two dates for this season that we will be bringing fans to cheer on their team!
Harry Caray’s Tavern Game Day Pregame
Alongside our Bears game day water taxi service, Harry Caray’s Tavern on Navy Pier is hosting their Park, Tailgate, and Sail! Join Harry Caray’s on September 21st from 12:15pm-2:15pm at their Oktoberfest themed tailgate offering an all-you-can-eat buffet style tailgate before the game. Join us at Shoreline Sightseeing to hop onboard our taxi that will take you straight to the game without any parking and driving issues! Along with joining us and Harry Caray’s, you will receive discounted parking at Navy Pier. Find out what more your $30 includes on game day with us!

Chicago Shakespeare Theater’s Paranormal Activity
Curtains open October 8th, 2025 for Shakespeare Theater’s Paranormal Activity, based on the original film franchise. This is a new play from Chicago playwright Levi Holloway and Felix Barrett. These two are joined by Chris Fisher who has previously worked on Stranger Things: The First Shadow. After Chicago, the production will make its way to LA, San Francisco, and DC. See the horror for yourself before they hit the road!
Slightly Spooky Saturday
Come down to Navy Pier to get a head start on your trick-or-treating on Saturday, October 25th. At noon they will kick off their Slightly Spooky Saturday inviting visitors to come dressed in their favorite costume. Enjoy live performances, free workshops, axe throwing, and more! Bring your favorite costume along with your family and or friends to experience the Halloween fun a little early, because celebrating twice doesn’t hurt!
