YOUR ENTRY IN THIS GIVEAWAY MEANS THESE OFFICIAL RULES FORM A BINDING LEGAL CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT PROVIDES FOR YOUR INDEMNIFICATION OF THE SPONSOR AND OTHER PARTIES, THE WAIVER OF THE RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR A JURY TRIAL, AND A REQUIREMENT THAT MOST DISPUTES WILL BE SETTLED BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION.
1. Eligibility : The Shoreline Sightseeing/Chicago Fire Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to those legal residents of the United States, who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of their entry and who live within a seventy-five (75) mile radius from Chicago, Illinois (the “Territory”). Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Chicago Fire Football Club, LLC (“Club”) and Shoreline Sightseeing, (together with Club, “Sponsor”), Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS”), Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM”), Pro Soccer Development, LP (“MLSNP”), and Player Development, LLC (“PDEV” and together with MLS, SUM, and MLSNP, collectively, the “MLS Entities”) and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Giveaway are not eligible to participate or win a prize. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The promotion consists of a Giveaway. Void outside Territory, and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.
2. Sponsor: The Sponsor is Shoreline Sightseeing 474 N. Lake Shore Drive, Chicago IL 60611. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Meta Inc., Instagram or Facebook.
3. Giveaway Entry Period: Monday, August10, 2026 at 12PM CST promotion period begins. (“The Promotion Period”). Promotion Period ends Thursday August 20, 2026 at 11:59PM CST.
4. Timing: All random selections will be made within 24 hours of the “Promotional Period” expiration. Subject to listed details on the Instagram Post.
5. How To Enter: Follow @ShorelineSightseeing and @CHICAGOFIRE on Instagram. Like the Instagram Giveaway post and tag a friend. Upon completed requirements you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway. During the Promotion period, Sponsor reserves the right to list single or multiple prizes across one or many Sponsor owned social media account(s) simultaneously. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. If you do not already have an Instagram account, you may sign up for one free at www.instagram.com. By submitting your information and creating an Instagram account, you agree to the Instagram Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to such Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, you cannot create a Instagram account, or participate in this Sweepstakes. Additionally, to enter via Instagram, your account must be set to public.
As an alternate form of entry, visit the shorelinesightseeing.com/blog page, click the Giveaway post, and fill out the entry form. Only one form of entry is allowed per entrant.

Each entrant is limited to enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than once by using multiple identities / logins or any other methods will void that entrant’s plays / entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registration, the authorized account holder of the profile used to register will be deemed to be the entrant or player. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. The Instagram account holder must be the same as the prize claimant. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Sponsor and the MLS Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Giveaway. Sponsor and the MLS Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
NOTE ABOUT MOBILE DATA AND MESSAGING CHARGES: When you participate
in the Giveaway via a mobile device and/or download or transmit data via your mobile device, data and messaging rates may apply according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers’ rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Giveaway. Check your mobile device’s capabilities for specific instructions.
6. Verification of Potential Winners: Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on July 30, 2026 from the timely made entries. Winners will be selected at random. The potential Giveaway winner will be notified by email or direct message (social media) within 24 hours of random selection. If a potential winner of any prize has not responded within 24 hours of the email or direct message being sent to them, they forfeit the prize and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Drawings will continue until such time as the prize is awarded to an eligible, responsive winner as determined by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of the Prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, or those outside of Sponsor’s control.
ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE GIVEAWAY SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
7. Prizes: The Shoreline Sightseeing/Chicago Fire Giveaway Prize consists of:
• Four (4) Tickets to Remaining 2026 Regular Season Chicago Fire Home Matches (beginning August 1)
• Four (4) Shoreline Classic Lake & River Tour vouchers
• VIP matchday experience and pre-match recognition on the Video Board
• Four (4) Chicago Fire jerseys
• Four (4) cobranded Captain’s Hats and armbands
All costs, fees, and expenses associated with a prize or the acceptance and use of any element of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. MLS game, event, and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of MLS and/or the applicable MLS team, as applicable, and may be subject to change. Exact seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a game, event or exhibition, as defined by MLS, is not played due to weather, an Act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, work stoppage or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with a Prize. Sponsor and the other applicable MLS Entities reserve the right to remove or deny entry to Winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any game, event or exhibition.
8. Release: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to (i) be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy, (ii) authorize Sponsor to contact them via email and/or direct message in connection with this Giveaway, (iii) agree to the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects, and (iv) waive, release and forever discharge the Released Parties (defined below) from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, liabilities, obligations, expenses and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ and experts’ fees and costs) arising from any injury, damage, theft or other loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, (x) from the participation in the Giveaway, (y) from the receipt or use of the Prize and (z) to any part of the Prize after receipt by the Winner. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use an entrant’s name, likeness, voice, biographical information, prize information, quotes attributable to entrant, and any other elements of entrant’s persona for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now known or otherwise developed without further compensation or review.
Sponsor, Club, MLS, SUM, the MLS Entities, Instagram, Meta Inc., Facebook, and any partner affiliated with the Giveaway and each of their respective affiliated companies, licensees, subsidiaries, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s members, managers, owners, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Giveaway; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, software or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Giveaway; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet, any other platforms, or any combination thereof;
(e) any injury or damage to entrant’s or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Giveaway; or (f) any other claims related to participation in the Giveaway, including without limitation any claims of intellectual property infringement, violation of any rights of privacy or publicity or any personal injury or property damage. Releasees are not responsible for the failure of any order to be received for any reason or for any delay in the processing or failure to process any order or entries. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the order process or the operation of the Giveaway; violates the Official Rules; is suspected of cheating, fraud, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any entrant who uses or is suspected of using cheating, fraudulent means, unauthorized ordering methods, or otherwise attempts to participate multiple times, or with multiple identities, and/or addresses will be disqualified. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, then Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Giveaway in whole or in part. In the event Sponsor experiences a technical failure during admission of the Giveaway that causes the Giveaway to be suspended, Sponsor shall select a winner(s) by random drawing(s) from all valid entries received up to the point of the technical failure.
Without limiting any other provision in these Official Rules, the Releasees are not responsible or liable to any entrant or winner (or any person claiming through such entrant or winner) for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof in the event that any of the Sponsor or Giveaway activities or operations or activities are affected by any cause or event beyond the sole and reasonable control of the applicable Releasee (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), including, without limitation, by reason of any acts of God, equipment failure, threatened or actual terrorist acts, air raid, act of public enemy, war (declared or undeclared), civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, epidemic, pandemic, fire, explosion, earthquake, flood, hurricane, unusually severe weather, blackout, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow- down, any law, rule, regulation, action, order, or request adopted, taken, or made by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not such governmental act proves to be invalid), or any other cause, whether or not specifically mentioned above.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AS A CONDITION OF ENTRY INTO THE GIVEAWAY, ALL ENTRANTS AGREE TO FULLY AND IRREVOCABLY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND THE OTHER GIVEAWAY ENTITIES, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS OR ACTIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH: PARTICIPATING IN ANY ASPECT OF THE GIVEAWAY; THE RECEIPT, OWNERSHIP OR USE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED; PREPARING FOR, PARTICIPATING IN OR TRAVELING TO AND/OR FROM ANY PRIZE- RELATED OR GIVEAWAY-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR; ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL OR OTHER ERROR IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR ANY “CALL TO ACTION” POSTS OR OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS RELATING TO THE GIVEAWAY. THE WINNERS SHALL BEAR ALL RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THEIR PRIZE AFTER SUCH PRIZE HAS BEEN DELIVERED. SPONSOR AND THE OTHER GIVEAWAY ENTITIES MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND CONCERNING THE APPEARANCE, SAFETY OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY PRIZE(S).
EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OR TERRITORY OF THE UNITED STATES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED BY HIM/HER AGAINST THE SPONSOR AND GIVEAWAY ENTITIES. SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS:
“CERTAIN CLAIMS NOT AFFECTED BY A GENERAL RELEASE. A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, AND THAT IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”
9. Limitations of Liability: The Releasees are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry or play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another Giveaway entry, if possible. If the Promotion, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate,
un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
10. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Circuit Court of Cook County or the United States District Court located in Chicago, IL; (2) any and all claims, judgements and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois.
11. One-Year Time Limit to Raise Disputes or Claims. You agree that any dispute, claim or lawsuit, regardless of form, that may arise out of or related to the Giveaway, must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR of the action, omission, event or occurrence giving rise to the dispute, claim(s) or lawsuit. After the expiration of the one-year period, such dispute, claim(s) or lawsuit will be time-barred and prohibited, without regard to any longer period of time which may be provided by any period of limitation or pursuant to law or statute
12. Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Action Waiver. BOTH ENTRANT AND SPONSOR HEREBY WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY RIGHTS TO HAVE A TRIAL IN FRONT OF A JURY, except as provided herein. To fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and we agree to bring any claim or dispute, whether in arbitration, or court as permitted by these terms, ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY, AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION OR COLLECTIVE ACTION. There shall be no right or authority for any claim or dispute to be brought, heard or arbitrated as a class or collective action (“Class Action Waiver”).
13. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration.
14. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such an event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The prize is subject to the rules and regulations of the MLS Entities.
15. Taxes: All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with a prize or the acceptance and use of any element of a prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state, and local taxes on prize are winner’s responsibility. In the US, prize winners are required to submit to the Sponsor a completed W9, then will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual retail value of the prize when value is greater than $600.
16. Winner List: For a winner list, please email info@shorelinesightseeing.com or mail your request together with a self-addressed stamped envelope to Shoreline Sightseeing’s Winner’s List to Sponsor at the (insert address)
17. Severability: If any term of provision of these Official Rules is found under the law to be invalid or unenforceable, then such specific term or provision shall be of no force and effect and shall be severed, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall continue in full force and effect Questions?
