Spooktacular Festivities at the Pier!
Visit Offshore Rooftop to kick off your Halloween weekend festivities! Friday October 25th from 10pm to 2am. They are hosting Haunted Heights. Come dressed in your best Halloween costumes and be ready to dance the night away!
At the Butterfly House, visit the limited time exhibit here until the end of October, Incredible Insects! Get to see bugs from all over the world.
“Dress to Distress” at Margaritaville! They will be having all-day drink specials and giveaways. Wear your best costume for a contest! You can win prizes based on audience applause. Categories include best family costume, best pet, best group costume, and overall best costume. There will be giveaways throughout the day and a photo op at a selfie station!
The Pier itself is hosting Slightly Spooky Saturday. A Saturday filled with activities perfect for bringing your family to on October 26th from 12pm to 6pm. The kids can trick-or-treat all day long along with a few events this Saturday. Check out the mechanical bull outside, try axe throwing and see the inflatable Halloween decorations. Join the monster mash costume contest. Enjoy the slime station and face painting, too! There’s so much more to explore!
Head to Bar Sol to celebrate Día de Los Muertos. The place will be filled with colorful Día de Los Muertos decorations, traditional music with Mexican cuisine. Come to Bar Sol to honor and remember your loved ones. Enjoy DJ’s, live dance performances by CICA, face painting, and photo booth to capture the moment. Visit anytime between 8pm and 1am on Friday, November 1st!
Chi-Town Skygazers, a group of astronomers, are visiting the South Dock at the Wave Wall Performance Platform on Navy Pier October 26th. Get a chance to get a good look at the moon and other planets!

Worried about leaving your furry loved one behind, you don’t have to! Pets can clearly join the Halloween fun too. Combine Navy Pier activities and a Shoreline Sightseeing boat tour with a fun costume contest and good pizza just a short distance away!

Hosting their fourth annual Howl-o-ween, bring your furry pup to Roberts Pizza’s Patio to showcase your costumes and enter for your chance to win some prizes!
Howl-o-Ween is taking place October 26, 2024 from 2pm-4pm. The three separate tiers of costumes consist of: scariest, cutest, and most creative. Don’t let the dogs have all the fun, you can come dressed up too!
Prizes include fun gift baskets filled with goodies: treats, gift cards to Robert’s Pizza, and more. The furry cute memories will last forever thanks to their on-site photo booth free for everyone to use. Aside from the prizes and photo booth, Roberts will have pup treats for the furry friends and fun Halloween cocktails for the adults to get into the festive spirit.
