Or you can keep is simple with a freshly squeezed juice alongside sweet and savory options for the perfect balance of breakfast and lunch options!
Chicago has many good choices for places to consider. However, there are also many other options to think about. Consider what your mom or the mother figures in your life would like best!
Here are some places with Mother’s Day specials. Each one has special menu items just for the day or the whole weekend!
Harry Caray’s Mother’s Day Brunch
The Harry Caray’s location at Navy Pier is having a special mothers day brunch with a DJ sponsored by Mom Water! Which means fun drinks that have funny names such as their Meet Karen, a lemon blueberry flavored drink. Or Nancy, a pineapple orange flavored drink and Linda which is what they call a “cool mom,” a blueberry peach flavor!
You can stop by for the brunch anytime between 11AM through 2PM to try their fun cocktails and delicious eats.
Being at Navy Pier opens the door to other activities too! You can take a 45-minute Skyline Lake Cruise to see Chicago’s skyline. Or, you can opt for a 75-minute Architecture River Tour that covers all three branches of the river.

On May 12th from 11AM-3PM, RPM is hosting a brunch event catered to moms. They will be having brunch classics and their take on mimosas, mom-mosas! The good food and good views of the Chicago River will be an experience to remember. It’ll even make a great photo op, and we all know how moms can be about capturing pictures of the moment to look back on!
The Hampton Social
If your mom is a champagne lover, then head over to The Hampton Social to claim your free glass of champagne for her! The free glass comes with your purchase of an entree. After the free glass for all moms, they have a variety of cocktails to choose from if you are in the mood for a boozier brunch!

Nothing says class like afternoon tea in Chicago that will give a pampered and proper experience to spoil the wonderful women in you’re life that you’re celebrating Mother’s Day with!
You can visit The Palm Court at the Drake, The Lobby at the Peninsula, or The Langham. All three places offer a luxurious afternoon tea experience. Enjoy a relaxing and elegant atmosphere while sipping on tea and indulging in delicious treats. The Palm Court has a changing menu, but all offer all the classic bites you can imagine with afternoon tea.
