For the Shoreline River Cruise, download your voucher after booking and head straight to the boarding point at 401 North Michigan Ave and show your ticket to board.
Once you've purchased your tickets, open the Big Bus Tours app, tap ‘Add Booking’ and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your Big Bus ticket and press ‘Activate’ to start your 24-hour countdown then simply show your activated ticket to the driver to board.
Download your entry pass after booking and present it on arrival at your selected time slot for entry.
