Cancellation, Change, and Privacy policies

No Refunds on tickets: All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

Date and Time Changes: Customers may change the date and time of their tour at no additional cost, if it before departure time. (Subject to availability) Time changes made after departure time may result in a $10 per ticket time change fee.

Cancellations by Shoreline: Shoreline Sightseeing does run in the rain, but we do cancel tours at times based on unsafe conditions; this decision is made by our captains. If Shoreline Sightseeing cancels a cruise due to weather or any other circumstance, all prepaid tickets will be refunded or rescheduled. If you purchased tickets from a third-party website, please contact them directly to cancel your tickets, their cancellation policy may differ from Shoreline Sightseeing.

Children’s guidelines
We require parental consent for children under 13 to register or submit personally identifiable information on our sites.

• Children: Be sure to ask your parents for permission before you send any personally identifiable information about yourself to us or anyone else over the internet.
• Parents and guardians: We encourage you to get involved with your children’s online usage and to be aware of the activities in which they are participating.
