Onboard Safety

Keeping our tours safe (and awesome!)

We can’t wait for you to join us onboard one of our red, white and blue vessels. To ensure the safety of our guests and crew members, on land and on the water, we’ve implemented new policies and procedures that meet local, state, and federal guidelines.

What to expect onboard

  • Crew members and guides will maintain social distancing and wear masks
  • Vessel capacity will be reduced to allow for social distancing
  • All seating aboard vessels will be spaced to ensure adequate distance between each social group
  • Social groups will be limited to no more than 10 people
  • Every other bench will be open for seating, with limited seating on those benches
  • All passengers over the age of 2 are required to wear a mask onboard
  • Contactless payment by credit card for tickets and drinks onboard
  • To be extra safe, we’ve asked our staff to suspend taking photographs for our passengers
  • High-traffic areas onboard will be frequently disinfected

How you can help

  • Bring a mask, or purchase one at our ticket booth
  • Follow all signs and instructions to maintain social distancing
  • Bring your credit card for contactless purchases onboard
  • Practice your selfie-taking at home!
  • Please stay home (and get well!) if you’re feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19

Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit. By visiting Shoreline Sightseeing and boarding a vessel, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. By boarding a vessel you agree to adhere to all guidelines set forth in this notice and comply with all safety signage, instructions and rules.   All guests over the age of two boarding a vessel are required to wear face masks covering the nose and mouth throughout their visit. Bring and wear your own face masks or coverings to limit exposure to and spreading of infection. Accommodations may be made on a case-by-case basis for persons with disabilities, health concerns, religious restrictions, or other circumstances that Shoreline Sightseeing discretion warrant a modification of this face mask requirement. Any guest without a mask will be able to purchase one at a Shoreline Sightseeing ticket booth. We will continue to modify our procedures as necessary.
