Chicago’s famed Paulina Market Creates Menu for Oktoberfest

“Beer, Brats and Boats” Cruise September 28th

Nothing says fall in Chicago like an Oktoberfest celebration! On September 28th, Shoreline welcomes the meat and sausage pros at Chicago’s famed Paulina Market who will create an Oktoberfest feast of traditional German dishes for our new “Beer, Brats and Boats” cruise! Paulina Market has been creating classic German dishes including their popular, fresh brats, since 1949. No wonder they are known throughout Chicagoland for their Oktoberfest fare.

Passengers will enjoy a classic German dinner as well as drink tickets for two Oktoberfest beers and music as they relax on a two-hour cruise on Chicago’s waterways. A cash bar will also be available. The Oktoberfest Beer Brats and Boats Cruise departs from Gateway Park at Navy Pier at 7:00 p.m., returning at 9:00 p.m. Tickets $39.*
