Tickets are available for the following products:
Before you order:
- 1. Tickets are not shipped. Even though our webstore asks for your shipping address, it's just part of the ordering process. All tickets are available after purchase for pick-up only at any Shoreline ticket booth.
- 2. Refunds are given either with one business day's notice or in the event that a cruise is canceled due to weather or any other circumstance. If you decide not to use your tickets, you may keep your confirmation number and reschedule for any time during the season for the same tour. Rescheduling can be done on site or by e-mailing info@shorelinesightseeing.com and referring to your confirmation number and the date and time you'd like to reschedule.
- 3. You will need your confirmation number to pick up tickets. If you do not have it with you, please have a valid drivers license. Having the confirmation number will expedite the pick-up process.
