Before you order:
- Tickets are not shipped. Even though our webstore asks for your shipping address, it’s just part of the ordering process.
During purchase you will have to choose a delivery method. Your choices are Will Call Pick-up, you bring your emailed confirmation number to one of Shoreline ticket booths and our staff will print out your tickets. You also have the choice of Print at Home which are your tickets emailed to you in the form of a PDF, no need to stop by one of our ticket booths just hop in line. Another option is Print on Web which will pop up your tickets on your web browser screen and you can print directly to your connected printer, once again no need to stop by our ticket booths. If you are on a mobile device your tickets will display directly on the device screen, no need to stop by our .
- Refunds are given either with one business day’s notice or in the event that a cruise is canceled due to weather or any other circumstance. If you decide not to use your tickets, you may keep your confirmation number and reschedule for any time during the season for the same tour. Rescheduling can be done on site or by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org and referring to your confirmation number and the date and time you’d like to reschedule.
- You will need your confirmation number to pick up tickets. If you do not have it with you, please have a valid drivers license. Having the confirmation number will expedite the pick-up process.
