Choose from sunrise yoga with a wide variety of instructors and yoga styles, or sleep in a little and enjoy a brisk cardio workout, Pilates, and even Zumba. Your workout will be accompanied by live world music and drumming to motivate you and keep you on track! Millennium Park is fully accessible to all patrons, with facilities for those using wheelchairs and assistive listening devices.

Stand Up Paddleobard Yoga

For a special challenge you’ll never forget, try Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga at Montrose Beach! Instructor Mary Lou Cerami shows you how to use the paddleboard to enjoy the waves as you practice your favorite yoga stances. Paddleboard yoga helps you develop flexibility and balance, and it’s easy for anyone—even if you don’t have paddleboard experience. It’s a healthy treat on a hot day! You can even bring your dog to paddleboarding class on Friday mornings for a real challenge.

Sun and Moon Beach Yoga

There are few things more soothing than yoga on the beach, and you can enjoy the peaceful sight of a gorgeous sunrise or sunset with Sun and Moon on North Avenue Beach. This vinyasa yoga class is held seven days a week during the season.
